Best way to contact BA to reset 2FA

What is best way to contact BA to get them to disable 2FA, so that I can register again with my new mobile number?
I’m still able to access my account as I luckily set up a Passkey also, but ideally I’d like another way to access my account if needed.
I’ve read people saying back office had to do something, but just looking for best way to contact them to get this done.
Or is this better left alone as I have some bookings?!

Just use your regular contact number and choose the relevant option to manage your account or however they describe it these days.
