The purpose of this thread is to share the best ways to redeem (flight only) British Airways Executive Club Points. Please be specific on your redemptions (cabin, miles required, taxes paid, number of seats available, online/phone booking, etc.)
Thank youI can’t go into details here,far too complicated, but using the BA mileage chart to use other partners, with BA, is by far and away the most cost effective and interesting way to use Avios. But, it can be time consuming, very,to compile an itinerary with a back up plan if the seats you have found are no longer available.
Patience is very much the order of the day…finding an agent that understands the rules, is really critical.
You also need a stash of Avios particularly for two people, Business Class.
Travelling ‘Down Under’ pre pandemic allowed us actually to have two holidays within the 12 month ticket validity, great value.
(If you don’t want encourage a heart attack then don’t bother!!)
