    I have a booking for 7 for a trip to Spain but one person can’t travel. When I log into manage my booking I can’t see the option to remove one person, just to cancel the whole booking. Is this correct do I need to call BA to remove the one person.

    You can’t do this online. You need to call BA who will split the booking so the person whose booking is no longer needed will be on a separate PNR which can then be cancelled and refunded if allowed by the fare conditions.
