    When booking flights using different airlines it seems like BA doesn’t allow it and always errors:

    For example: LHR – HKG route

    Outbound: Business
    LHR – DEL: BA
    DEl – HKG: CX

    Inbound: Premium Economy
    HKG – DOH: QR
    DOH – LHR: BA

    I always get this error
    ‘Error
    Sorry, there’s a problem with booking this journey online. You can try selecting other flights or contact us so an agent can help you book the flights you have selected’

    Why does this happen seems like anytime I choose a connection flight with different airlines it doesnt allow me to am i misunderstanding something?

    You might want to check out the “BA poxy IT” thread. Try with a different device or browser, but if you still can’t book you might have to call and get BA to do it. Make sure they don’t charge you the phone booking fee, though.

    @NorthernLass

    Just tried with Mozilla Firefox, doesn’t seem to do the job and I hate calling BA, funnily enough for some reason when booking on google chrome I can see cathay Pacific direct flights but on Mozilla I can’t, BA really does seem to do some magic haha

    It may be that BA doesn’t had a codeshare on the DEL-HKG and HKG-DOH legs.

    Saying it’s all down to BAs IT is just sloppy and often wrong.
