Can someone please help me by explaining the booking process to reserve 2 places in the Plaza Premium Lounge at Heathrow T5 using 2 visits on my DragonPass.

Download the latest version of the app – now rebadged as Dragonpass Premier+ – then search under LHR.

If pre-booking is available, the button to press is shown above the description for each lounge. You’re also told if there’s no pre-booking (Plaza 5 is fine, generally).

And on the subject of Dragonpass, because there’s no lounge at London City, you can claim a free 15 minute massage or manicure session in the spa. Personally, I’d prefer to cough up for Caffé Nero but each to their own.

To clarify, as I wasn’t sure about this. If you have complementary Dragonpass credits, you can use them in this pre-booking process which reduces the price to £5 per guest for a pre-booking fee. This is much improved as you can do this all via app and guarantee lounge entry at somewhere busy like Newcastle.

I’m looking at this too. Checking out PPL T5 there’s a current deal for two at £39.60. DragonPass is £38 and no way to book using the DragonPass app. I think I’ll just go with books directly.

It won’t let me log in via the Dragonpass Premier+ app, I suspect this is a special type of dragonpass membership. The regular dragonpass app has no feature to pre-book a lounge annoyingly.
