Just searched for flights to Sri Lanka next year but only options displaying seem to be via Doha with Qatar.
Anyone have any experience of booking Sri Lankan? Did it require a call?
Just this morning I’ve seen a few available routes with BA + Sri Lankan in late July (start of English school holidays)
e.g. LHR > Bom // BOM > CMB
LHR > MAA // MAA > CMBEDIT: sorry you said next year. Didn’t read properly.
The main draw for UL is that they appear to fly directly from LHR, rather than a stop off in India – which isn’t really any better than via Qatar. It’s these flights I’d love to know if people have booked on Avios and how
Should be able to book via ba.com maybe just avilability is the issue?

It’s only a short hop across from Chennai – that’s what I’m doing.
