Booking VS codeshare Indigo domestic flights in India

just wondering if anybody has had any joy in booking internal domestic connecting flights in India

currently booked virgin upper (with points) LHR – DEl _ LHR
wish to add in internal flights DEL – IXC (Chandigarh)

ideally want to book on VS code, so the luggage can be checked thru at LHR to IXC

not working online, and the call operator said notes say this should be possible but could not find way to do this.

any suggestions ?

The mapping for direct flights (some days have a connecting service in Leh (IXL), which I’ve not included below as it’s three times the duration) is as follows:
– 0740-0840 6E2175 VS8467
– 1510-1610 6E2196 VS8641
– 1715-1815 6E6051 VS8924
– 2110-2210 6E2194 VS8639

Any travel agent (or VS themselves) should be able to ticket that on those flight numbers. Importantly for your circumstances, though, VS does not publish a baggage interline agreement with 6E, so I don’t think that you will be able to check through.
