Has anyone recently tried to convert BP rewards to avios? I have been trying for the last few days and their website just seems to be throwing up an error message. Oh, and their customer service is non existent too.
Never worked for me and I gave up 🙂
It’s worked for me a few times, I do remember being overly complicated with several clicks and logins.
Have it on auto convert, and always converts on time for me
Auto convert works for me.
If I remember I found I had to do a small conversion the other way first and then was OK. Something like that seemed to wake it up!
