I have spent £10,000 in this card year and already unlocked the 241 voucher which I can see on the Virgin Red app statement. Can I cancel my Virgin Atlantic Reward+ credit card now and still get to keep the voucher, just like how we do it with BAPP?
This is my first time using the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ credit card, so I want to be sure before I cancel to keep the 241 voucher. Don’t want to lose it in the process. Alternatively, if I have to make an award booking and consume the voucher in that booking before cancelling my card, I can also do that but haven’t given much thought to where we would like to travel with Virgin.
You can – I’ve cancelled my Virgin card and kept my voucher. Just remember Virgin don’t refund your annual fee pro rata so there’s really no point in cancelling until a month or two before your renewal fee is due to hit (beware they have been known to charge the next year’s annual fee in month 11).

Thanks Amar. Cheers.
