No, it’s not capped at the limit. You can keep earning as long as you pay it all back.

Not sure about Apple, but in the Android app there is a “View Avios” button. It lists each transaction and the amount of Avios earned from it. Looks like transactions start posting overnight and the Avios is there by the morning.

You can pay by Debit Card online / in the app. Can also send them a bank transfer.

annoyingly, i tried to do this, but just erroring. i;ll give a bank transfer a go.
