I have a VA award booking. There was no upper class availability when I booked, so booked premium economy. There is now availability when I search.
Will VA ‘upgrade’ my booking? Realise I could just call and ask this but would need to move Amex points first and don’t want to if Virgin won’t do it.
Has anyone done this before?Yes they will if you call. I booked cash PE a while ago and it was a simple call to upgrade with points and a voucher, there will be no difference upgrading an award ticket.
