Cancellation within 24 hours

Hi all,

It used to be easy to cancel a flight within 24 hours. Now it takes you to “Apply for a Voucher” and there is no way to select cash refund. Crazy!

You can do this via chat – keep typing “speak to an agent”

Agree it’s crazy! No idea why they haven’t turned all this online cancellation functionality back on yet. The only thing I can think of is either a) they’re worried about BWC and people cancelling online instead of filling out the forms or b) it somehow has been broken whilst it’s been turned off and they haven’t got it running again yet
