I guess the company took advantage of us (BA) in that we wanted a taxi at 7-8pm on a Sunday night because our flight was cancelled and we needed to get home, which was 4 hours away. We weren’t in a position to start ringing round getting quotes and we had been told BA would pay what ever it is.
