Cancelling 2-4-1 – Average time to get voucher and points back

I’ve just had to cancel a 2-4-1 booking. I done this online, does anyone have any experience as to how long it takes to get everything back? I want to make a new booking pretty quickly. Am wondering if phoning them up will speed it up in any way. Welcome anyones experience with this
