Cancun airport taxi advice

Hi all

Need to book a taxi for 2 to and from Cancun airport to the Hilton Cancun resort.

Any recommendations for a reliable, pre-bookable and reasonably priced taxi service? Aware that Cancun has a bit of a rep for the taxi situation at the airport and the hotel has already quoted very high prices for what is only a short journey to book through them.

We used it for transfer to the Canopy and it was very good

We were staying at the Hilton all-inclusive resort last week and prebooked a transfer from Cancun airport using eTransfers eTransfers which cost $55 one-way. Taxis do seem to be quite expensive – the Hilton quoted the equivalent of £122 for a taxi to take us to the Excellence hotel just north of Cancun (about 20 miles away), but in the end we booked an Uber for just less then £32, but whether you can get an Uber from the airport is another matter!
