Hello, having downgraded from the Avios Plus to the Avios Barclaycard, I have tried adding my new Avios card to Curve. When entering the card details, I receive an error that they “couldn’t verify the card”, prompting me to re-enter the CVV before the same error message appears. I have contacted curve. they asked me to complete KYC again, re-install the app, and try again. Didn’t work. No response from them since. Barclaycard has been unable to help either…
Has anyone had similar issues?
Have you made a transaction using the avios card yet? Sometimes that seems to kick start it into being accepted onto the Curve app.
Do a chip+pin transaction first before adding to curve.
