I’ve just upgraded using points and paid an additional amount that was told was for taxes. However on the itemisation email it seems it’s pulled through as an increase in carrier imposed surcharge and the UK/US taxes line items remain unchanged. Is this right?
Depends what you upgraded from and to, and a million other factors.
