Hi – filed a dispute with CEDR , BA accepted and offered to pay the correct comp
As requested by cedr I sent over my bank details via there portal
Any idea how long it takes BA to pay out and who will send confirmation once the payment has been made ? Will I get a notification via CEDR once BA have paid or Will BA email me directly
I would of rather had avios instead but too late now
The CEDR portal usually mentions the deadline for BA.
The notifications are usually done through the portal.
It’s usually quite quick – 2 weeks at the most I would say, but you’ll probably need to check your bank/credit card to know when the money’s arrived.
