When I opened my Barclaycard Avios Plus account I mistakenly linked it to my husband’s BA account and not mine. So all this years Avios and my rewards voucher are in his account. I can access them as we have a household account but want to relink to my BA account for future Avios.
Barclaycard say BA have to sort it and guess what BA say it’s a Barclaycard issue.

But the mind boggles (or maybe not, it’s Barclays) that a Barclaycard and BA account in 2 different names can be linked!

Thanks for your help. When I try and link in the app it takes me to an unusual BA Login with two password options (one letters, the other numbers) and it won’t accept either his or my login 🙁
We do share the same surname but have first names which are obviously male and female.
