    Morning.
    I’ve had a response overnight from Curve in the app re my suspended card following a car EV point taking duplicate payments when setting up a charge.

    Curve has asked for the 3 transactions prior to the declined one, then they ‘can proceed’. I’ve provided this now.

    Optimistic that this has been picked up so soon, hopefully get the card back up and running quickly.

    So they are asking you via Chat in the app, for the last three transactions, which are viewable in the app? So either your app is not compromised, in which case it’s a waste of time, or your app is compromised, in which case it’s a waste of time and worse than useless!

    But obviously if that’s what they want then keep them happy.

    How many days before avios transfer date (10th of month for me) on BAPP should you stop spending on it to make sure all the avios transfer across?

    Response received from Curve, they have now reinstated my card following the info I provided.

    Curve card all back and working, and automatically added back into Apple Pay.

    Happy with that service, it was resolved in ~24h.

    Has anyone used AirHelp+ annual flight insurance? It’s 100€ a year and you get compensation for delays, lost baggage and missed connections. It’s basically a gamble but I’ve got a few connecting flights coming up this year, just wondering if anyone has experience of them?

    I’m not sure that in reality that policy offers much more than decent travel insurance cover.
