Just bought an award seat for daughter on KLM and apparently seat maps/availability are not available. What a weird situation. I’ve ended up with a ticket and no idea if the only seat is a middle seat!
Not unusual. I bought a return business class for Aer Lingus metal via BA with Avios because bizarrely the ticket could not be purchased via EI themselves. I could not reserve a seat through any channel, and ended up with a random selection at check in which couldn’t be changed.
Message BA on WhatsApp. Had to do this. The Air Maroc way has been stopped.
BA can be contacted on whatsapp now? Which number?
