Morning all….
Some advice please, helping some Australian family out who flew Star Alliance PMO to BNE.
They flew Economy on 1 through ticket as below:
Swiss metal Palermo to Zurich on time.
Then Singapore metal Zurich to SIN but left Zurich 40 minutes late so missed their connecting Singapore metal flight from SIN onto Brisbane and so were automatically rebooked landing 3 hours and 6 minutes late into Brisbane.
Assuming the 40 minute delay out of Zurich was the fault of Singapore Airlines, would it be Swiss or Singapore Airlines that I put a claim in for EU621 compensation with and has anyone got a starting point/experience with this?
