Does anyone has try to do combine my avios between British airways and either Iberia or Avios.com? I have been trying in either of the 3 websites and I keep saying Combine my Avios is not available at the moment. Please try again later
Any suggestions?
I am getting the same, has been like that for the last few days.
I always use the Avios.com route to move from my Avios.com / AerClub account into my Exec account but I’m not able to at the moment.
Had the same issue this week, but on avios.com I was able to move them by using the Live Chat support. About 10-15 minute wait to connect to an agent, and then ~5-10 mins to verify details with an agent and for them to do the transfer.
I was also able to transfer to/from Iberia & AerClub on the Iberia website. But not to/from BA.
