    As above

Last statement 13th July is when I crossed the £10K threshold.

Still no voucher in my account.

Anyone had a recent experience to give a timeline?

    Thanks

It doesn’t appear as such. There will be a line on your statement (and also in the Virgin Red app) that you’ve earned it. You need to call to find out the exact expiry date.

The expiry is 2 years from issue, so take a note of it when you see the entry. Of course, there has been a few extensions over the past couple of years, including earlier this year however I would think that would have been the last.

There is no line in my account as of yet.

There is a weird 0 points entry on 28th June.

Just need a timescale before I ring them

That will be it! Actually I was mistaken, it doesn’t show in the Virgin Red app. I must have just noticed it on the relevant statement.

So they’ve dispensed with the description??
I just have a 0 points entry, nothing else.

My wife earned one last year and it stated “You have earned a companion voucher”

Is it 2 years to apply it to a future booking or 2 years to have travelled on it?

Officially you need to travel on at least the outbound sector of a return booking before the 2 year expiry. In reality, I was able to book recently and a kind customer service agent was willing to book for travel entirely after the voucher expiry (but obviously booked before expiry), though she acknowledged that’s not the official rule and shouldn’t be relied on in future.
