Has anyone else received these emails from Curve which only highlights their incompetence. I.e sending emails to login without the ability to create an account. Followed up with another email with ability to create an account but at the very last step prompting an error saying invalid registration token. 🤦♂️
Funnily enough I was browsing about their loungekey benefit and dont think it included any actual complementary passes. Only discounted passes which to be honest the lounge business is a very saturated market. Everyones offering free passes these days with queues stretching to the end of hallways
I also recall conflicting data on their Go Back In Time feature with Metal supposedly having no limit in time whereas their main page shows 120 days max. Anyone done a GBIT beyond 120 days?

I have never seen any reference to complementary passes, just a discounted rate, currently £20/person.
