Despite IHG promising such a number, I’ve never seen it!

Thanks for the Ambassador number but I can’t get through. Keeps asking for my Ambassador number. When I say I don’t have it, it cuts me off. If I punch in my IHG rewards number, it cuts me off etc.

Maybe it’s “Coming soon”, like the F&B Milestone Rewards :-/
