Hi
I booked open jaw return from US for next August 2-3 weeks ago with Amex companion voucher. Flights are showing in my account but not fully confirmed, nor payment taken. I’ve phoned BA twice to chase but they say as it’s so far in future that payment is in a ‘queue’. I find it odd it’s taking them this long and would like to get payment made in part so I can pick CW seats.
I can’t bear having conversation with BA for third time though. Any tips on this?

If it’s been more than a week then need to call back as the CVV will have dropped off and they’ll need to update it. Otherwise nothing else you can do unfortunately
