Hello, I was just about to checkout items in my Dufry shopping basket, and my shopping plans have been thwarted by way of my choice of items not being available for collection at LHR T3.
The Dufry website is giving me the option for T4 as a collection point, however.
So, the question is how do I get from T3 to T4 airside?
If it is troublesome, I won’t bother, I’ll simply try my luck on the day 🙂

No idea if this is still doable but back in 2015 I knew a guy that found a great deal on a watch from duty free at lhr, so bought a cheap ticket, checked in and passed security, bought the watch, then exited the airport.

I don’t see why not, duty free is not a thing in the UK anymore so there can’t be the issue of unpaid tax if you bring an item back in. However airlines hate unchecking you and expect to wait a long time for someone to escort you back out.
Duty Free is available in UK airports. What’s not possible is a reclaim of VAT from non airside shops.
HAL seem to have ended unrestricted access between terminals. In any case it requires you to clear security on entering T3 via flight connection and then T4 again on the return.
HAL do have the shopping service which they facilitate if you promise to spend ~£250 in shops that aren’t available in your departing terminals.
Tax free shopping on things like watches and clothing at U.K. airports is no longer available.
