I’m a titanium bonvoy member and I’m lookin at staying at the Mira Hong Kong – part of the design hotel collection
I’ve checked the rates on Marriott and the hotel website directly , as the Mira have a sale on the rates are a lot cheaper than Marriott (20% cheaper)
If I book through the hotel directly will I get the points and stay credit and still count towards elite status ?

I can’t see anywhere to add the membership number
I was looking at this property a few days ago. Saw in the rate if booked directly it said “qualifies for Bonvoy points” but couldn’t see any reference to the benefits.
However depending what you’re after for your stay in HK, you might also want to look at Luxury Escapes who currently have what I see as a VERY attractive deal for The Murray on there.
They are pretty clear on what you get- more than some Design Hotels

The flash sale rates seem to earn points. Take lots of screenshots though – Design Hotels are allowed to off rates that do not earn points.
