I’m looking at a trip that has J out but only Y back. Can I book this online using a comp voucher or do I have to call?

Also if I keep checking and J or even W comes up can I just call and change?

Should be able to do that online

And yes you’ll need to call and pay the change fee plus any additional TFCs and Avios to further change the cabin

Ok can’t seem to enter multi-city into the flight finder on the reward page.

I’ll have another look.

You don’t need to do that, just book as a normal avios redemption and availability in Y and J should show for selection.
