Dining credit in Japan

Does anybody have experience of using the Pocket Concierge app to book meals in Japan and subsequently getting the dining credit.
I’m assuming that as long as you’ve booked through the app all should be good and that this is an acceptable intermediary service.

Yes. We have used it a couple of times by paying in advance through the PC app. We got the dining credit.

American Express owns Pocket Concierge, so no worries about it being acceptable.
