How long do offers, specifically the dining credits take to appear on new Platinum cards? I have nothing yet and clicking through on the dining credit page to enrol gets me a big fat “There are no available offers for this Card”. I was rather hoping to use it before the calendar year ends.
If you ring them they will add your offers, assuming this is a new accouunt?
I had to speak to them on chat in the app and they added them within hours.
I’m finding the bootstrap process for a new account is rather manual. Thanks for the confirmation both.
Had the same issue myself, chatted to them on the app and they added both dining offers and Harvey Nichols credit immediately. What is odd is that it says they expire 31/12/24, I thought it should be 31/12/23 for all 3 offers?

That’s when all the offers run until unless they renew them for 2025 and beyond. You will still get £150 x 2 (UK + International) this year plus the same in 2024 plus HN £50 each half year, Jan-Jun/Jul-Dec.

Thanks for this, I was just about to ask the same question, the wife’s new platinum card has had zero offers for over a week now
They take a while to show up, you just spend as you normally do and eventually they’ll appear.
Called up and got the dining credits plus Harvey Nics added. Showed up the next day.
Same problem and same solution here. Just wondering now when the credit is applied, as I have spent it all already! Does it come at the end of the month when the statement is produced?
Our HN and dining credits ie. a £150 IVY gift card, showed up in a few days.
Should i be worried ?
No offers have appeared on my new card after a week. I called up and they added the 2 x dining credit offers and the Harvey Nichols offer. However only the Harvey Nichols offer appears on my account online. I’ve used live chat twice now and they insist that all 3 offers are loaded to my account and are ready to use, but cant explain why only the Harvey Nichols offer shows.
