Disappearing Esso / Nectar offer

I collect a decent amount of Nectar points via Esso offers (with a view to ultimately converting them to Avios). Last month my Nectar and Esso accounts both showed a new offer ‘Earn up to 3000 points’ by filling up at least 15 litres 6 times before November 30 (500 points per transaction). It worked for two fills, but then stopped on the 3rd and 4th. I’ve complained to Esso who have offered to add the points manually if I send them a screenshot of the offer. Guess what? The offer has mysteriously vanished from my account (on both the Nectar and Esso apps) since I checked it before making my complaint. Has anybody else had this offer, and do they have a screenshot of the deal?
Same thing happened to me. My offer was for 3 fills of 15 litres with a bonus of 500 Nectar points for each. It worked for the first two then nothing or the third and now I see the offer has vanished from my saved offers. I screenshotted my offer but because it’s different from yours I doubt they’ll accept it. Perhaps someone in Nectar towers realised the offer was a little too good and pulled it early?
I had the same offer as Londonsteve but it only worked one time. I filled up at Esso on Wednesday (way more than 15l) and expected to get 500 points but it didn’t post. I thought I’d screenshotted the offer but I didn’t and it too has disappeared from my app. I was thinking about complaining and pointing out that I’d received 500 points two weeks ago but haven’t in case they reverse the 500 points I already have. Very disappointing.
I had five times for 500 each. Again got first two and now it’s disappeared. Was very handy with the Amex £5 and 7x nectar triple whammy. Will be pushing for the extra
I contacted Nectar support via online chat and very quickly had the missing 500 points added to my account. I had details of the transaction to hand to help the agent identify the relevant one (where, date, base points awarded, etc), I don’t know if my current very high Nectar balance (due to transferring 50k Avios this month) helped the agent to make a quick decision as I now appear in the top couple of percent of Nectar balances and therefore appear to be a platinum tier customer as far as they’re concerned. I wasn’t asked for a screenshot or further details of the promo (that has now clearly been pulled).
