Do you have to be the “lead booker” for Silver baggage to apply?

My partner will hit BA silver in a couple weeks. We’re going to book some flights to Geneva next March.

If I do the booking on my bronze account, will her silver baggage allowance apply to me and everyone on the booking? Or does she need to be the one who does the booking?

They just need to appear on the booking. Why not just book on her account though? Anyone can pay.
