Applied Virgin Atlantic Rewards + Credit card to take the double points offer. 1st statement arrived today, only 15000 + normal 1.5x points credited. Has anyone got their first statement? Did you get the correct amount of points? Thanks!
Just got my first statement. Definitely not double points.
IIRC the next lot of 15k points credit when you’ve spent whatever the minimum amount is for the SUB. They come in two halves, anyway!
Just connected through chat. Confirmed that I am eligible for bonus points but can take up to 40 days to post.
That’s annoying! Assumed they’d just post as normal!
I have also had my first statement since rejoining and have also only been awarded 1.5/£ so far vs the 3/£ we’re expecting
Had my second statement and some bonus points posted but still incorrect.
On statement:
Points earned through purchasing: 5600
Bonus points: 2600Have no idea how they calculated that. Has anyone got same issue?
I got an email a while ago when I’d hit £5k spend saying:
Great news – you have reached the minimum spend threshold and have bagged your bonus points.
Your bonus points will be added to your monthly points total on your next credit card statement and transferred to your Flying Club account a few days after that.
So they dont post at the same time as the rest (or based on above, maybe they dont post properly anyway!)

I’ve had my second statement now too and it now makes sense.
The bonus points are awarded 1 month after the standard points.
So I guess you earnt 2600 points last month, and you’ll have more bonus points to come through next month.
