Double tier points not showing in account

Recently completed a 5 day double TP promotion offer CW and hotel deal. I expected I would have been at silver now. but nothing shown in my account. How long does it take ?
It took 2 weeks from my return flight for BA to credit my account. Same for my wife
Recent feedback is that the 14 day timetable is now being hit.
just checked my account today showing 2 x 140 TP , total of 280 TP and now Bronze status, but this does not add up as should have received double TP for CW and hotel package for 5 days. Is there something missing here ?
What date was return flight? Mine came about 7 days after return flight separate to normal flight tier points

Min 2 weeks before you get the bonus points
just following up my account today shows a total of 560 TP but still on Bronze , I thought silver would have been triggered now
BA’s IT works in fits and spurts. If your account has only just moved to 560TP in the last day or so it’ll be another couple of days before the routine that updates status catches it and promotes you to Silver
