‘Earn 3,000 Virgin Points and get 12 bottles of wine for just £66’ offer

Rob posted an article on 1st July re a “Earn 3,000 Virgin Points and get 12 bottles of wine for just £66 via Virgin Wines” promotion. On the same day, I took up the offer.
The wines were delivered promtly (and have subsequently been partially consumed). However, the 3,000 Virgin Points have not arrived. I have gone back and believe the points were due to land up to 21 days from dispatch of the order.
Did anyone take up this offer, and if so have the points arrived? If not, has anyone chased and got them successfully posted?

@tw33ty – emailed Virgin Wines and got this response, “The points were added on your account on 20/07 – it can take up to 30 days for you to see if from your side – if the 30 days passes and you still cannot see this, please contact Virgin Red.”Not sure why the terms of the offer stated 21 days if that was the case but so be it.
I got told via live chat the points can take up to two months to post.
To be honest, I’m not expecting the points to post, I’m going to cancel anyway as we don’t think the wine is up to much, what’s left from the order is going to be given away or used for cooking.
We’ve found it to be much lower in quality than other places.
The 3k points just posted today, guess I was wrong about not expecting them to post after all
