For some reason my BA Exec Club account has not been collecting Avios since August 2023. I’ve not done anything to deny further Avios being added to my account. Yet I had regularly been shopping via the website in the hope that Avios would be added with all of my shopping. Of course BA Exec Club want to make it as difficult as possible to try and solve this problem and I was wondering if any other forum users have any contact details (or advice) so that I can talk or write to them direct about this problem please? How frustrating! Have you tried contacting Avios to resolve? Ensure you clearly state your full name and exec number and address as it is on your account plus evidence of how many Avios you think you need vs how many you received customerrelationsATaviosDOTcom
To contact exec club use the webform
Other than phoning that is the only way to contact them.
Sending an email would still just find it’s way into the webform system.
BTW the shopping system is notorious for not posting avios and IIRC the shopping system has a separate contact system
