Etihad Guest Miles best Use

i received 25k Miles with Etihad Guest via the Avis Car Rental Promotion back in November. What are the best usage of those Miles, apart of using them on Etihad flights?

You could cash them out via Rewards Pay too to actual money, if you don’t think you’ll ever have enough for a decent redemption.
