Etihad Guest miles expiring – even though I have recent activity

I’ve got 66k Etihad miles that are about to expire next month. I transferred 1k over from my Amex MR account and they’ve successfully landed, but the Etihad site still says that 66k of my 67k are expiring next month.

What’s odd is that I only transferred the initial 66k into Etihad in April 2021 so only been 18 months! I thought the rule was 3 years from earning.

Any advice is much appreciated

Just to say that I recently did an Amex transfer and the expiry counter didn’t budge for about 4-5 days, despite the miles landing instantly. It’s now correct.
