Signed up for new V+ Card but disappointed with 3,900 credit limit as will limit points.
Virgin website states have to wait 6 months to request a credit limit increase.
Spoke to advisor on their Chat function and requested increase.
Result – just 2 weeks after getting card, they upped my credit limit to £10,000 so great news for building points balance.

Guy asked for household income that’s all.
I pointed out I wanted to close my amex card with £12k limit but couldn’t as V+ limit too low.
He said he’d forward the request on.
I heard nothing but notice new limit on app screen. Took a week from when I asked.
