Short haul/long haul?
Southern Spain CAN be very pleasant in Feb – 24 C when we were last there. Fly to AGP or GIB (T3 for GIB if you want the lounges).
Long haul – Caribbean can be difficult to get, but you can always get a redemption to the USA and connect from there.

Barbados has award flights. Maybe not Club both ways I grant you but there is stuff there , and if you can mix and match with Virgin you will find something.

Currently on Holetown beach in Barbados myself with a beer in my hand having flown out Virgin and Back BA later this week.

BTW Mexico City has 2 airports with domestic flights, the other one with code NLU.

PE to NAS and CW to CUN on single dates in Feb. Both to MIA. BDA in all classes though you’d be taking a chance with the weather.
Do you have a new style 241 which might unlock more seats?
