Flight counter on my BA account – missing?

My account on BA no longer shows how many flights I need to reach the next tier. This was showing until about 2 weeks ago. I recently challenged a flight that was recorded as being AA metal but it was actually a BA operated flight.
Any ideas?

Mine displays zero, when I have an unquestionable flight in my history. Before last week it showed correct number. Wouldnt worry about it. BA IT and all that.

Indeed. Just need to know that it gets to 4 so I can be certain to renew by Silver status!
