Forum suggestion: can we have a forum dedicated to shopping points offers?

Yesterday something popped up in my ebay account – 7 x nectar points for >= £10 spend, usual ts & cs, but there was no obvious forum to put this in.
Not so bothered about the 10 points for buying cucumbers 🙂 – just mega points offers.
Similarly, if anything significant surfaces for Tesco and anywhere else high street based or perhaps on the shopping portals we can put them here.
If something already exists for this, please point me to it (excuse the pun!) 😀
The problem with the Nectar offers is that they are highly targetted.
Mine’s is 5x points when you spend £20+ instore.
(Have also got a 10% rebate when I spend £60 at Sainsbury’s on MBNA.)
