Hello. I’m hoping for some help please. Are people having trouble trying to book an avios flight on BA.com or the BA app? I’ve been getting an “ Error, there was a problem with your request, please try again later” all day yesterday and today too. This happens after I click on the GET FLIGHTS button. I have a 2 for 1 voucher on the account and I keep selecting to use no voucher, but after the error message the voucher radio button is always selected. Also if I try to book USING the voucher there are no issues and I can book two flights. I’m just trying to buy one avios flight using no vouchers. My partner has no vouchers on his account and gets the same error so is also unable to book an avios flight Any workarounds please? I’m so frustrated. Thanks in advance. This is happening on my iPhone and my laptop. I’ve tried different browsers and incognito windows.
Close every tab you have relating to BA after logging them out and then clear your cookies the. Try again on one device only.
I’ve seen this before and the above generally cleared the issue.

I cannot see one CW seat on any flight from LHR to DXB with, or without, the new voucher.
This has only happened the last 2 days.

I find it hard to believe this isn’t a BA issue.There is a thread on FT about this, the general consensus is there’s about to be a sale so inventory has been pulled but I don’t know how true that is. I am also watching this.
Can you guys who’ve replied (and thanks for your replies) successfully book avios flights for one person not using any vouchers? I’m totally stumped. And to add insult to injury, my whole Wordle history and streak has gone as I cleared my cookies etc 🥲.
