Help with MAN/LHR/BLQ booking

I am trying to book a trip from Manchester to Bologna in CE including a car to take advantage of the double tier points offer. I would like to fly MAN/LHR on May 19 and then LHR/BLQ on May 20 and then return BLQ/LHR/MAN on May 25 but cannot quite figure out how to do this to make sure my booking will qualify for the double tier points. Any suggestions or best to call?

Start from the Flight + Car booking screen, and choose the Custom trip option at the bottom. Then you can input the flights and dates you want, plus the car hire, and get it priced up

Yes, and good idea to fly to LHR the day before your connection! Don’t forget you’ll also have the added hassle of clearing security at LHR on your return, and it’ll be a bank holiday weekend with a risk of strike action 😬
