This morning I received a message from Hilton on my phone. It began “Thank you for being a Diamond member…..” but when I clicked the link it disappeared. I do not suppose anyone can help me with where to find this can they? I have a number of stays upcoming, starting tomorrow. Many thanks.

You’re going to need to be more specific if you want any useful replies.
    For starters:
“message”: Was it an SMS, Hilton App notification, WhatsApp, Email or something else?
What sort of phone do you have?

Thank you. I have an iphone7s. All I can tell you is that the message was white, I am afraid! I clicked on it at 3.00am but it had disappeared when I woke up properly. It was not whattsapp, email or SMS. There is definitely nothing in the app. It appeared on my screen but is not listed as a notification.

I realise I am not being helpful but appreciate your reply.

It’s likely some kind of notification from the Hilton App. Happens with the majority of apps, IHG, Hilton, Nectar etc, when you click them it just opens the app and you never know what it was. Shoddy programming/marketing.

If you’re checking in tomorrow it was probably one to tell you that you can check in and choose your room, get your digital key etc.

As per DaveFL; yes does sound like an app notification. Having done a Hilton road trip recently I got a fairly impressive stream of these. They vary from 2-72 hours in advance. Often to tell you that you can select a room or digital key is available or, if you’re lucky, about an upgrade. Just head through into your app and have a look at your upcoming reservation and all will be revealed.

    Brilliant! Thank you both.
