Looking at booking the Hilton branded Abu Dhabi Yas Island hotel next year. I have Honors Gold via my Amex Platinum. Being quoted two rates, Early Bird and Early Bird with breakfast. If the Gold status includes breakfast, am i safe just booking the standard room only early bird rate and still get the breakfast via the status? I am Booking direct, not via an agent / package.
Yes just book the rate without breakfast, no point in paying for it if that’s your chosen gold benefit.
*If you didn’t know already, breakfast isn’t automatically granted, you need to choose it as a My Way benefit in the HH app.
Thanks. Benefit is says “Continental Breakfast” which to me is cold items & pastries. Can’t believe they have any method to police this when breakfast at the hotel will be served at a full buffet.
You just get breakfast…hot, cold, continental and everything in between, unless you’re in the United States of Trump.
