Hotel in Oslo

Looking for advice please.

I am going Oslo for a concert. Venue is city centre. I need to be at the airport by 6:30am for my return flight.

Any advice on a reasonable city centre hotel, convenient for airport bus or train?

Any hotels listed as being at the airport ( except Radissson) seem to involve a chargeable shuttle bus

There are two Scandics right by central station which traditionally have been fairly priced and I like the chain personally

Concur with the above, I stayed just before the pandemic at the Scandic Byporten, right at the entrance to the train station and handy for everything. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and a great breakfast buffet!

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at Clarion the Hub Hotel , was very comfortable, great location. Would not hesitate to recommend for your needs.

Prog rock band Barclay James Harvest split many years ago- Guitarists band John Lees Barclay James Harvest making final tour as he is 76- always fancied seeing them abroad so this is the chance.
