Had an email this morning to say the 4% uplift in Onekeycash credit has been extended until 12th August (it was due to expire at the end of this month). I’m assuming that this extended offer still only applies to certain customers just like the previous one did.
4% uplift in Onekeycash credit
Mine’s 6%, which still won’t move the needle on choosing them unless there’s a +10% on TCB at the same time

4% refers to the promotional Uplift, so it’s 6% on standard rooms and 10% on VIP access.
As an aside is there ever *not* 10% or higher on TCB, aside from short notice bookings? Just checked my bookings for the past year (70+ nights and they’re all at a minimum of 10%).
Sorry if this subject has been covered, over the past year I’ve tried to spend my one key balance of over £400 towards a new booking. Every hotel I want to book the Site tells me is not eligible to use this balance? I now hear my balance might time out and I lose this? The most recent refusal was a Marriott in Malaysia

Are you sure you are choosing the “Pay now” option when you try to complete your booking? Pretty sure all Marriotts on the hotels.com site would offer that option.

You have to pay up front to use it – if you select pay at property you won’t be able to. Not sure what else it would be I’m afraid.
